Kennedy Family Strongly Endorses Biden

“That’s right, the Kennedy family endorses Joe Biden for President,” Kerry Kennedy said in a speech with President Biden flanked to her right, and 5 siblings behind her.

Kerry Kennedy spoke firmly and clearly, while using the transcendent words of her father, Robert F Kennedy, Sr., to stress the endorsement of Biden.

After her speech, Biden said, “Your family, the Kennedy family has endured such violence. Trump denying January 6 and whitewashing what happened is absolutely outrageous. I have a very different view of America, of hope and optimism, as Bobby Kennedy embodied. I see an America where we defend democracy, not diminish it.”

And that’s why it was so important for the Kennedy family to make this stand today–because their sibling Bob embraces those same extreme ideas, embraces the Jan 6 rioters, and his spoiler campaign is only helping Trump. And Trump is clearly terrible.

“Are you ready to choose unity over division, dignity over demolition, and choose truth over lies,” the President asked. Bobby Kennedy’s family said absolutely.

The Kennedy endorsement of Biden is a big blow to both Trump and their brother Bob’s campaigns. This is the first strong response we will hear from the Kennedy family to those who misuse the family name, definitely not the last.
