How can I get more pictures to you? Street level pictures from where I was, but I took pictures of some of the best homemade signs. I tried posting 4 from my camera, but they couldn't be attached. What am I doing wrong?

So many of these cities are not liberal places and to see my hometown of Cincinnati really stepping up, well, I would have not thought possible some 20 years when I left there. I always think of it as too unwilling to go out on a limb, or be “political” - not realizing the political is personal. Might have just been surrounding suburbs but west side Cincinnati was always so conservative to me. Anyway, this warms my heart, brings me hope entirely!

In San Diego, even though the protest technically ended at 1 pm PT, I've read that many remained for hours after that.

I was there, and another group protesting ICE came over from the Civic Center and we marched again! With police escort we marched down Harbor drive again, through the Gaslamp and to the Courthouse steps and back to Waterfront Park.

Trump won’t ever admit he’s wrong, but those GOP elected officials in cycle might realize how threatened they are and start doing their job!

And San Francisco!! Came home not too long ago. Thousands of people, filled with joy, kindness, and anger yet peaceful and loving. My 82 year old cancer survivor husband made it. He made the signs too. What a great experience. We will prevail.

Astounding turnouts!!

Mark Twain once said "Don't tell the audience the woman screamed. Bring her out and let her scream!"

Thanks for bringing out the photos. Seein' is believin' !!

The San Diego photo shows only a fraction of those still at Waterfront Park which is just north of the upper part of the aerial photo, with many many others on Pacific Highway and the two streets to the sides of Waterfront Park. It was a HUGE turnout, now estimated by police at 60,000 (plus another 1000 or so at City Hall's Civic Center Plaza). Many other protests elsewhere in San Diego County.

Joyful for US no kings rallies. There is sorrow for the threats and lives lost by some of our officials, sorrow for abused, threatened children in Gaza, Ukraine, and everywhere they are in the world 🌍 🌎. Also sorrow for victims of plane crash in India and their loved ones.

It was amazing. Even though people here in Minnesota were suffering with a lot of sadness we still turned out in big numbers all over our state. We all received email messages and texts that the events were cancelled we still turned out. It was important that we come together as a community to morn together. Lots of tears and emotions.

We didn’t want fear to win. We wanted to be together when democracy was attacked.
