How can I get more pictures to you? Street level pictures from where I was, but I took pictures of some of the best homemade signs. I tried posting 4 from my camera, but they couldn't be attached. What am I doing wrong?
So many of these cities are not liberal places and to see my hometown of Cincinnati really stepping up, well, I would have not thought possible some 20 years when I left there. I always think of it as too unwilling to go out on a limb, or be “political” - not realizing the political is personal. Might have just been surrounding suburbs but west side Cincinnati was always so conservative to me. Anyway, this warms my heart, brings me hope entirely!
I was there, and another group protesting ICE came over from the Civic Center and we marched again! With police escort we marched down Harbor drive again, through the Gaslamp and to the Courthouse steps and back to Waterfront Park.
And San Francisco!! Came home not too long ago. Thousands of people, filled with joy, kindness, and anger yet peaceful and loving. My 82 year old cancer survivor husband made it. He made the signs too. What a great experience. We will prevail.
The San Diego photo shows only a fraction of those still at Waterfront Park which is just north of the upper part of the aerial photo, with many many others on Pacific Highway and the two streets to the sides of Waterfront Park. It was a HUGE turnout, now estimated by police at 60,000 (plus another 1000 or so at City Hall's Civic Center Plaza). Many other protests elsewhere in San Diego County.
So proud of everyone! I woke up sick 🤢 this am, did a few chores and went back to bed. It’s almost 3:40 pm PST here and although my body feels terrible, my heart and soul are SO SO JOYFUL! 😄
Joyful for US no kings rallies. There is sorrow for the threats and lives lost by some of our officials, sorrow for abused, threatened children in Gaza, Ukraine, and everywhere they are in the world 🌍 🌎. Also sorrow for victims of plane crash in India and their loved ones.
LOL! This sort of weather for his self-aggrandizement parade just reinforces my wish to be the driver of the KARMA bus. I'll save my appreciation of our military, past, present & future for days he can't share. Memorial Day, Independence Day and Veteran's Day.
It was amazing. Even though people here in Minnesota were suffering with a lot of sadness we still turned out in big numbers all over our state. We all received email messages and texts that the events were cancelled we still turned out. It was important that we come together as a community to morn together. Lots of tears and emotions.
We didn’t want fear to win. We wanted to be together when democracy was attacked.
All of our action links finally in one place: https://www.dworkinsubstack.com/p/how-were-fighting-trump

There are more obviously but these are a few that I could get more of the crowd!

Beautiful defenders of democracy! Let’s keep fighting fascism. We sang a song at our rally: https://democracydefender2025.substack.com/p/no-kings-song-june-14
Wow! There are big voices out there! The fight for democracy is alive and well! Let’s keep the momentum going!💪🇺🇸
Love the pics!
We had over 500 in the small town of Burnsville NC.
Thx for checking in. We would never know from Corp Media.
Amazing Roy!
Nice!!
Wish I had an aerial shot of Phoenix capitol. Great turnout and it was 110 degrees!
Here you go Suzanne scroll down and it’s in here! https://www.azfamily.com/2025/06/14/hundreds-participate-no-kings-protests-across-phoenix-area/
Thank you, Scott!
You're welcome and I added a different shot from there to the post!
Absolutely LOVE this! Makes me so happy! America waking up. 💙💕

Incredible!!!🥵🥵🥵
Little ol' Rock Hill SC had nearly 1000 attendees, 1% of the total population. Seriously. So much support!
That's awesome!
Inspirational! Thx Ellen
The protest in Richmond VA is happening right now - 6:30 pm - so the protests aren’t over yet!! 😊
Yes!!!!!
In San Diego, even though the protest technically ended at 1 pm PT, I've read that many remained for hours after that.
I was there, and another group protesting ICE came over from the Civic Center and we marched again! With police escort we marched down Harbor drive again, through the Gaslamp and to the Courthouse steps and back to Waterfront Park.
Trump won’t ever admit he’s wrong, but those GOP elected officials in cycle might realize how threatened they are and start doing their job!
Hope

Added San Fran now Purobi!
Astounding turnouts!!
Mark Twain once said "Don't tell the audience the woman screamed. Bring her out and let her scream!"
Thanks for bringing out the photos. Seein' is believin' !!

Winona MN over 500!
I love seeing San Diego (my home town) showing up! A true military town, granted, on the border, but wow! That’s awesome!
I was there and it was truly impressive! Photo only shows a fraction of the people to the north of the upper end of the photo.
Yeah it was the best I could get from the guy running the chopper lol. At least in LA the pilot zoomed way out for me!

I think many people only know it’s drumph’s bd because he has publicized it and demanded fealty.
Eugene Oregon saw thousands and all peaceful. I didn’t even see any middle fingers. The police were awesome, too. Good people all around.
And FWIW, rain and lightening in DC at 6, Tr$$p’s boondoggle starts at 6:30

Thank you Scott for your hard work always keeping us informed.
Thanks Laurieanne!
