Federal Appeals Court Upholds Conviction

Update: Steve Bannon has been ordered by judge to surrender to prison by July 1.

Today a Federal Appeals court upheld Steve Bannon’s conviction for contempt of Congress, which results in him soon receiving a date to report to prison.

After years of dealing with this madman’s nonsense, he finally will have to face the music. He can delay a little bit longer, but he doesn’t have any more real appeals.

I have a long history going head to head with Steve Bannon. One of my favorite times was in 2017 when I uncovered a scandal involving a donation by Cambridge Analytica to a Super PAC Bannon was linked to. So it’s really wonderful to see he will be spending time behind bars.
