Scott, We listened to the interview w/ Robin Kelly. It was great for us to hear. Meg Grant ... from the Report today, Kelly's shared some good advice ... At the end of the interview, Kelly shared some powerful words of inspiration, saying: "Don’t get weary, don’t get lost in the chaos. And don’t let anyone steal your joy. Everyone can make a little difference … everyone just has to try in their corner of the world.”
Try and share it in a targeted way. For example, Trump's and Hegseth's vendetta against Mark Kelly should be shared with any veterans or active duty military you know.
Trump attempt to defund programs that help working class families should be amplified with any parents (or grandparents) especially of young children you know.
And where you share shouldn't be limited to politically-oriented groups where you know everyone already agrees with you!
Hanging the plaque of the history of January 6, 2021–including the rightly placed gratitude for the officers who defended us—goes against Trump’s, and, evidently, Mike Johnson’s revisionist lies about what actually happened that day, and leading up to it and after—including all of their planned treachery against the peaceful transfer of power, against the Constitution, and against We The People. They lie, and then they lie again, and then have the gall to post their lies on We The People’s government websites. Low, devious behavior for men that took an oath to serve We The People and our Constitution.
