I live and vote in Arizona - two DEMOCRATIC SENATORS in a purple state. On my block in suburban Phoenix there were 11 Trump-Vance signs. We need to start showing these people what they've done.

When you have 1200 attorneys, more than 100 former judges, the NY Bar, & victims saying he's unqualified, not to mention that he wrote the $1.776B lawsuit that would also prevent IRS audits forever for trump, his family, & his businesses - maybe CONGRESS isn't qualified to determine Blanche's qualifications for head of DoJ.
We need a massive reworking of public disclosure for public officials in this Country. We are going to have to change how finances are reported to include at a minimum what the actual value of assets is. Taxpayers should have a right to see just exactly where Paxton came by the wherewithal to own that much real property on a $150,000 salary.
In addition, VoteRiders has a limited number of names and addresses for their letter-writing campaign to registered voters who might need help getting an acceptable ID to vote.
As a former federal prosecutor in the D.O.J., the closest analogy I can draw between Blanche and Trump is that Blanche is to Trump as Himmler was to Hitler.
These wins didn’t fall out of the sky. They came from pressure, letters, calls, and a coalition that refuses to let the regime redefine the country. We’ve got this!
Every time a Judge pushes back and says no, that makes me have hope. Every time I read how communities band together to stop illegal activities and fight against this regime, gives me hope. I send letters on a daily basis to my representatives. I wonder if they keep track of how many I send? We cannot stop now. We must keep going.
My state is going to be a fight this election but hoping more of the people who sat out last election have been woken up and aren't captured in the polling. Just glad that there are more swing states than ever before so it's not on such a small number of voters to control everything.
It makes me happy to find out that thousands of more immigrants still have their jobs and will not be sent away!! All of it is absolutely wonderful to read, but when you find out that our laborers get sent away because they basically came here to be able to feed their families, just eats at me to the core!!! That trend of thought is not only un- democratic but also against God’s beliefs!!!!!.
Where did these Ellisons come from, exactly? How are they so INCREDIBLY wealthy? Did they earn it? Inherit it? Steal it? Scam and steal it?
Please forgive my ignorance on this father/son "team", but why are they allowed to aspire to be the new "Ma Bell", which was the monopoly of my childhood (back when phones were attached to walls by curly cords)? We have laws against monopolies, don't we? Or have those been trashed like the Fairness Doctrine?
If those laws are still around (and perhaps these were the grounds on which the judge froze the merger "for now"), none of these takeovers should happen. Because I agree, Scott: "No family should own this much of what America sees and hears."
Wish, I commented above about Larry Ellison. I used to admire him because he had a competitive sailboat called Oracle and competed in the America’s cup. Also he built a wonderful tennis stadium in Indian Wells California. But his for a into MAGA politics is a nightmare, because he does have so much money, and his son David, who is a dead ringer for Eric Trump, is nothing but a guy born on third base and thinks he hit a home run.
(I did know that david and eric could have been separated at birth - they are like twins. And they both - especially david for some reason - look like proud members of the Aryan race.

TX had the opportunity to impeach Paxton in his role of AG. The TX GOP-controlled state Senate couldn't muster the votes to convict him.
