I'm feeling hopeful for the upcoming election. I do believe that the Ice agents responsible for the deaths of Good and Pretty should be charged. If they aren't held accountable what good is our legal system.
I’m just reading about the early history of the Vietnam war about the moral cowardice of the senior military, I only hope that the trials that will hopefully follow Trump will cover this issue.
If Democrats can quit squabbling&call a truce, work things out, quit thinking not voting because the candidate you like didn’t win the primary is a legitimate act etc.
If Democrats take both houses, defunding ICE must be in the top 3 things to address.
What drives me crazy are progressives attacking long time Dems (like me). I tell them to wait until the Dems win or we get squat. Many of them just don't get it.
In Escondido, CA we are demanding that our city council and police department NOT renew the contract to allow ICE to practice at the firing range in our City. San Diego City Council did the right thing and cancelled their contract. Let's hope Escondido will see the light and follow suit.
Scott, if you can accept a suggestion, when you say Alex Pretti was killed by the ICE vigilantes, please consider using the word assassinated instead of killed. The same goes for Renee Good and others.
I am worried about the Midterms. I don't trust trump, musk or all the MAGA toadies. The hate ads are very strong in Michigan. Abdul El Sayed is getting beat up big time. Many repubs say they can't vote for Dems, yet they don't like what trump is doing. I can hope they just don't vote.
All ICE agents who kill someone should be investigated as are police who kill someone. The agents who killed Good and Pretti as well as the persons in TX, ME, should be charged.

I’m trying not to feel anything about the elections. Between Hillary and Kamala I’m afraid to be hopeful.
I am afraid that until Democrats take over all three branches of government, the murderers of Pretti and Good will not be prosecuted.
The country needs to understand that everything they put into place in all our branches of government need to be removed or overturned.
