I just posted to Adam Kinzinger's BlueSky and Substack accounts, urging him to set up an emergency summit among Republicans and former Republicans to discuss ways to remove Trump from office. He has the street cred. If folks are serious about action plans, there's one. Urge Kinzinger to go beyond just chatting on his Substack about how awful Trump is. But be nice. :-) We need his help.
He could set up an emergency summit TODAY with Marjorie Taylor Greene as his co-chair. He has the connections. There are many more Republican congress critters who want an escape hatch than we know. And he probably knows who some of them are, and has probably golfed with them, too.
This is a 911 five alarm fire. I would urge anyone interested in action to follow up with my suggestion and urge Kinzinger to set up that summit post-haste.

We have called and emailed our Senators and Congressional Representative about our opposition to the war and the unlimited funding the Pentagon gets while they cut funding for American society. It's complicated. Section 4 of the 25th Amendment has never been invoked. Under it, the Vice President and Cabinet members can declare the President unfit to fulfill their duties. But the President can contest their decision.
