What I would like to know: Are there bank regulations which require a bank, in this case Capital One, debanking a person or buisiness for possible money laundering the obligation to report that information? Or, was the information available, but no media source sought it out? In either case, this is no way to run a country.

In my opinion, Epstein wanted Trump because of his money and because he could use his company which was not public to launder money from everywhere in the world to which he trafficked children. Nobody in New York respected Trump or liked him. He was shunned and Epstein knew how to work him and his father’s money.
I hope they get them for money laundering if nothing else

The BSA is there for a reason and every bank with trump accounts should be reviewing their accounts for patterns of illegal activity. This isn’t even a surprise, the trumps have shown us who they are and they should not be excluded from inspections of their accounts

A Bank must notify clients of any suspicious activity by filing SARReports and is required to cancel the accounts. Look for the SAR.
