Why do I feel as though during this pre Midterm time, I'm on the Goodship Lollypop half the time, yet the other half I'm on the Titanic. I say this because there are so many people on MS NOW that are pointing out of how bad the party is leading up to the Midterms in various areas. I'd just like to throw in my 2¢ worth. The most frustrating thing for me is to watch these hearings. Aside from Whitehouse, Raskin and Ossoff in particular who are ALWAYS prepared to counterattack on point, many of the Dems on the committee fail to follow up on what should be a gimme. They don't fight back. Another bone is that some pose questions pertaining to their own state's issues, not what the agenda was meant for.
Agree. While I appreciate the hard work of some of our leaders, the whole thing did not seem as hard hitting as it should have been. Not well organized. Blanche and co have broken so many laws. I wish they just went down the list-no chatter.

I'm not sure, exactly, how many seats we will pick up in the House, but it's going to be a lot! A big, blue wave will sweep across the House. As far as the Senate goes, my fingers are crossed that that we at least get to 50, but 51 would be better, of course. I don't understand how anyone in their right mind could vote for Ken Paxton in Texas. This is the man who made a sweetheart deal with a child molester! His own party brought corruption and fraud charges against him. Unfortunately, they didn't follow through to convict and remove him. It's inconceivable that people can except either of these things. Hopefully, voters in Texas will grow a conscience and vote for Talarico. ONWARD!!!
Megan, I must say we need 51 in the Senate so that lying Vance doesn't cast the tiebreaker for tyranny. I think we'll pick up at least 10 seats in the House. The key factor will be for citizens and the courts to repulse trump's and his loyalists' attempts to disenfranchise
legitimate voters from the rolls. He knows that he's licked if he adheres to the law, so he'll lie and cheat like always until the People stand up to him and remove him, the sooner the better!

The Senate then thanks Chuck Schumer for his time as leader of the Democrats and picks a new leader. Hakeem Jeffries gets a real working Majority and the Congress investigates every penny of GRAFT THAT SCOTUS, THE WHITE HOUSE AND CAPITOL HILL HAVE ACCUMLATED IN 2025, 2026 and going forward for 2027 and 2028. This will set the stage for prosecutions of rhe graft starting in 2029, along with EPSTEIN PROSECUTIONS, which will not just be of the pedophiles and the people who participated in the trafficking, but those who obstructed the investigation, from day 1!! The federal pardons will only cover the most senior people involved, so minor players and Democrats involved will still be exposed federally and at least New York and New Mexico will have state prosecutions, who knows maybe even FLORIDUH will recognize that the crimes are so heinous that they need to prosecute and jail offenders.
I remember the joy surrounding Kamala Harris' campaignx. And then she lost. It was a devastating blow. I have no idea what will happen in the midterm elections.
The orange blight is a National Disgrace, a danger to our country and the world. The 25th Amendment should remove him from office, permanently. The cowards that refuse to do their duty are just as dangerous as he is. They know the orange blight is unfit to be president. They know he's committed war crimes, crimes against humanity, defrauded the American people, etc. And they are in the room with him, watching and letting it happen. No one is willing to tell him NO, this is wrong. They should all be arrested and tried at The Hague!!!
