Zelensky IS a hero…trump is a big baby.

The good news is driving a stake into the vampire's heart.

DeSantis spent four years cosplaying as the free speech governor while literally writing a list of ideas professors weren't allowed to say out loud. The projection was always the point.

Meanwhile Zelensky strolled into NATO like he owned the place — because at this point, functionally, he kind of does. Five years of "Russia will take Kyiv in three days" and now Ukraine's shot up every major refinery Putin has and swats 90% of his drones out of the sky. Trump "folded" is doing a lot of work there, but hey, even a stopped clock occasionally gets bullied into the right decision.

The World Cup thing... Trump admitted he didn't know what a red card was and called FIFA anyway. That's not a president, that's your uncle calling the umpire after a Little League Baseball game. Trump did a great job motivating Belgium! 🇧🇪⚽️

Cheers to the law school dean with more spine than her entire board of trustees. Six schools folded before being accused of anything. "Surrender first, questions never" should be on the regime's letterhead.

I can't say it better!

I also think Zelenskyy has Trump pegged as a Kremlin supporter and watches his back. Zelenskyy and his country have done the impossible fought a giant world power into a standstill. Ukrainians would rather die than be Russian. That is something to think about!

The regime counts on silence. We answer with action. Calls, letters, pressure — it works, and they know it. If you’re reading this, you’re part of the reason these wins keep stacking up. Thank you!!

Every one of these wins reminds me that we’re not alone in this. People everywhere are standing up — in classrooms, in courtrooms, in Congress. It’s good to feel hope backed by real facts.

We are of the same mindset, Ms. Jonington! It keeps us going, even when we are exhausted.

I think Trump trying to favor Team USA over the red card is a slap in the face to the team and so objectionable to the world of sports. A typically stupid thing to do !

Patti Campbell's avatar

Do you think it was the right thing for Trump to intervene on the red card call against Team USA’s striker Folarin Balogun?

The fat ugly, humped shoulders, straw-haired imbecile should keep his short stubby fingers out of sports. He should be banished to one of his golf courses, forced to remain there trying to knock little balls into a small hole, while he consumes a diet consisting only of McDonald greasy hamburgers.

Zelensky has more honesty and dignity in his little finger that Donnie has anywhere.

And Zelensky has strength and courage that Trump will never have, Candace.

1) Suspicious doesn't even cover it. Mistrustful might be closer to how his "warming up" makes me feel . . . as with his infamous MOA with Iran, it's all play-by-play in the moment, depending on his mood and his audience. One way or another, he has to go - sooner rather than later.

2) No. Of course he should never have interfered, never picked up the phone. What baffles me, possibly more than anything else, is the number of people who simply don't get that everything he touches dies . . . everyone he calls upon, every transactional ally he inspires is and will be forever smirched. Rick Wilson got it right.

Both walked out in reality. Zelinski as a patriot and a hero, and tRUMP as a coward. Nothing has changed.

Trump is so far gone, that after asking Zelinsky if he would go to meet with Putin in Russia, Zelinsky said he wasn't sure, "I hear there are lots of Ukrainian drones there".. the room erupted with laughter. DJT was perplexed, befuddled, with a crooked grin plastered on his face, couldn't figure out why the room was laughing & increasingly, AT him!

djw's avatar

Oh, I'm sure he never realized the joke was on him--he'd have been furious!

Renée Stilson's avatar

Trump had no right to intervene at the World Cup! He tainted the whole thing and the US team suffered for it. Everything he touches is doomed eventually. Belgium for the win!

Thank you Scott!!!!! Shame on DeSantis!!! time to vote him out of office!!!!

Chris Fox's avatar

He's term limited and will be out of office come January.

I live in Florida and hope that you are right.

Chris Fox's avatar

I live in Florida too so yes, he's term limited and will be out of office in January. The November election is to elect a new governor.

Trump's warmth to Zelensky is suspicious. There must be an ulterior motive that is in play.

No there should never have been a phone call over the red card situation. Why the WH was allowed to interfere in these games is just another example of the degree of corruption for the world to witness.

Patricia Cooper Baker's avatar

Trump's warmth to anything is mercurial and meaningless. Zelensky makes me hopeful. He had no business interfering in a game. Or does he own the group that invented a peace prize for him?

The felon is a loser and a liar. Zelensky is a patriot and a leader. He now has the cards and the felon is fading fast.
